Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
How does the 7-day free trial work?
When you register a new creator account on sri-lanka.me, your 7-day free trial is activated automatically. You do not need to provide credit card details. During these 7 days, your public portfolio URL (/{username}), tour packages, and blog articles are fully active and accessible to travelers.
What happens when my 7-day trial or plan expires?
You can still log into your creator account dashboard (/settings) at any time to edit your profile, manage inquiries, or update settings. However, if a public visitor opens your portfolio URL (/{username}), tour packages, or blog articles while your subscription is expired, they will be redirected to the main website until you recharge your plan.
How do I pay and activate my subscription?
Simply go to the Subscription Checkout page in your creator settings, choose a Monthly or Yearly plan, apply any coupon codes, and upload your payment transfer slip. Our Super Admin team reviews and approves slips quickly to extend your active subscription.
